ŽPZ LAZ will blow out five candles at the jubilee concert in Zg. Jablanica

As it were yesterday, 16 singers of ŽPZ Laz remember the first "garage" singing exercises. The beginnings were difficult, but in five years, after 300 hours of rehearsals, tempering in 38 performances and strengthening with 11 singers, they had already achieved their singing sounding beautifully. They are preparing a concert of "Our five years", which will be held on February 3rd at 7 p.m. in the hall of the fire station in Zgornja Jablanica.

For four years, the choir was led by prof. Ana Tori, and now for the second season, she is wielding the baton of Prof, Manca Vidic. The singers are mostly from Jablaniška dolina or are in some way connected to our environment. Several generations are represented, which gives the exercises a special charm.
At the central event on the occasion of the municipal holiday of the municipality of Šmartno pri Litija on November 10, 2017, 16 female singers who sing in the choir have received the Galus badge and awards for five years of participation in the choir from the beginning, and the choir wants to thank everyone at the concert supporters – from the municipality of Šmartno pri Litija, the Public Fund for Amateur Culture, the Society for Rural Development Laz, PGD Jablanica, sponsors, to local and loyal audiences.
We have no doubt that the hall will be packed. There is no entrance fee, but voluntary contributions always come in handy.
The choir would not be a woman without a woman’s nothingness, singers will perform in new dresses, of course high heels and make-up also belong.
