The workshop will take place on Thursday, May 9 and, depending on the interest, on Thursday, May 16, 2024 in Ljubljana.
The workshop will be led by renowned chef Robert Merzel.
The tradition of baking sweet strukeljce is well rooted in the Jablaniška valley. As in the past, we still bake them today on various holidays and other celebrations.
In addition to the sweet ones, our grandmothers prepared savory – cooked štruklje. Only skilled housewives still know this.
So that this dish does not die out in different shapes and flavors, we will organize in the LAZ association
Culinary workshop on Thursday, May 9 and according to interest

The performance will take place at the location of the Waldorf School in Ljubljana,
Streliška ul. 12, starting at 5:00 p.m.
Due to the problem of parking a large number of cars in front of the school, we suggest that we go to the workshop together with the train.
