Mr. Robert Merzel is the head of the kitchen and culinary consultant at Brdo pri Kranje. It prepares menus for the largest protocol visits to Slovenia. He also holds culinary workshops in his little finger.
We are sure that it will be interesting this time as well. For this purpose, he compiled recipes for various asparagus dishes. We will cook a variety of specialties with asparagus such as frtajla, pasta and risotto, new potatoes with bacon, toast, asparagus pie and toasted asparagus with bacon.
You are cordially invited to join us in cooking and to make your taste buds happy at the end of the workshop.
We recommend protective clothing (apron).
