The evaluation of the ‘štrukeljci’ will take place on Friday, November 8, 2024, in the cultural center in Šmartne pri Litija, starting at 12:00 p.m.
The preservation of heritage is one of our main priorities, which is why we decided to brighten up the municipal holiday this year as well by evaluating sweet ‘štrukeljci’ under the renowned brand of Dobrote Jablaniške doline.
The evaluation of the ‘štrukeljci’ will take place on Friday, November 8, 2024, in the cultural center in Šmartne pri Litija, starting at 12:00 p.m.
We invite everyone who enjoys baking štrukeljcev to join this event. The evaluation will be informative, so those who are just gaining experience and want to upgrade their knowledge are also invited. Any pattern is welcome. At the award ceremony, we are preparing an interesting and pleasant evening, which will be part of the celebration of Martin’s and municipal holidays in Šmartne pri Litija. Each sample you bring for evaluation will be professionally evaluated by a three-member committee.
Here are the instructions:
• You can bring walnut štruklje or those stuffed with innovative ingredients such as tarragon, dried fruit, mint, poppy seeds, etc.
• The amount for evaluation should be approximately 0.25 kg of štrukeljce (about 20 pieces).
• Mark the bag with your information, including name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, product name, sample quantity, list of additives, expiration date and date of manufacture.
• Bring the samples to the premises of the Cultural Center in Šmartno pri Litija on Friday, November 8, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
