On Thursday, January 19, 2017, a surprisingly good number of participants gathered at the fire station in Zgornja Jablanica, who came to the self-healing workshop ‘Which wolf do you feed?’
Do you ever ask yourself which wolf you feed? Or the one with gentle eyes and soft hair or the one with an open muzzle and sharp teeth? The participants wondered what power our thoughts had. How our thoughts create our beliefs and, as a result, later, it is these beliefs that become our reality.

The workshop was expertly led by Liljana Mandelj, Univ. B.Sc. econ., who has 22 years of experience in the personnel field, of which 15 years of HR management in large companies.
Today, she is an independent entrepreneur in the field of human resources management, especially the search and selection of personnel, the introduction of systemic changes in the company (design or changes to the systemization of jobs, changes to salary systems and rewards, etc.), and the regulation of labor relations.
She is a provider of workshops in the field of entrepreneurship, employment, management, communication and personal growth.
“All that we are is due to what we thought. Mind is everything. what we think we become.” – Buddha
Each of us from our childhood and the environment in which we live later brings beliefs that encourage us, but can also limit us. Limiting beliefs create limiting decisions that shape everything we do. They prevent us from seeing a new opportunity or even take away our courage to try something we would otherwise like.
With our behavior and decisions, we strengthen both ‘good and bad’ beliefs. When we hear from others day after day or repeat the same criticisms and notes ourselves, we start to believe it more and more, and this eventually becomes part of our everyday life, part of us, our thinking and consequently our values. Over time, these notes become so comfortable and so ours that we no longer notice them at all. You don’t believe it? For example, just a few such notes that become our views, thereby building blocks of our success, or failure: ‘I can’t change.’ I don’t have enough time. That’s right. I’m too young or too old for **. I’m not smart/educated enough for **. And the most popular for Slovenians: I can’t afford that.’
Using simple techniques, we learned how we can test whether a certain belief in our subconscious (our subconscious) is valid or not. Also, we learned 3 methods for changing those beliefs that do not support us and put obstacles in our lives. We devoted ourselves to our most common beliefs that we have, especially in the area of self-esteem, self-confidence and the field of abundance.

The participants came to the realization that positive thoughts bring positive things and vice versa, negative thoughts, do not bring anything other than negative. Therefore, it is necessary to have courage, to move forward, not to surrender at the first obstacle. The danger is that once you stop, it can become your habit! So never give up and look for things that excite and make you happy.
Oprah Winfrey once wrote: “Be grateful for what you have and in the end you will have more. If you concentrate on things you don’t have, you’ll never have enough of them. »
