The Laz Rural Development Association organized the jubilee 15th hike along the Jablaniška path. Since this time it was the jubilee 15th hike along the Jablaniška path, which coincided with the 15th anniversary of the founding of the association, the organizers decided on a slightly more broad-minded organization. We put a lot of effort into advertising the march on all media, especially electronic ones. We also managed to attract new hikers. The good weather allowed the trail to be very pleasant for hikers. We could see this in hikers who reached their destination in a good mood.
At the start in Zgornja Jablanica, the hikers were welcomed by a smiling group of volunteers from the ranks of the LAZ association. Each of the hikers was offered a traditional Jablanica breakfast, which consists of apple, scurvy, coffee or tea. Only after a refreshing breakfast did the hikers embark on an 18 km long circular route.
Starting Place
As well as the providers along the route, the providers along the route also took care of hikers along the route. Only they have prepared an excellent range of homemade delicacies. During the journey, tired hikers sat down and lay down on the slopes of the slopes. The providers along the way devoted themselves to passers-by and chatted with them.

A rich cultural program awaited the satisfied hikers at the finish line in Gradišče pri Litija.
Due to the jubilee march, the organizers decided to organize the final event a little differently, as we invited the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, Mr. Ahačevčič.

Accordionist Peter Ponebšek and members of FS Javorje provided a good mood with their dances. In the same way, the singers of ŽPZ Laz made us happy again. The organizers have prepared a pleasant surprise on their 15th anniversary also for loyal hikers. On this occasion, we have prepared a thank you gift for the hikers who visited the hike for the 5th time, 10th or 15th time. They got them from the hands of the mayor Šmartno pri Litija and the deputy mayor of Litija. We also appropriately thanked the homesteads that have been co-creating the hike with us for 15 years.

On the way down to the valley, many hikers stopped at the Memories homestead at the Samec couple, where they saw the new 15th themed exhibition, which the Samacs called ‘our first 100 years’. As usual, the Samec couple impressed the visitors of the exhibition with their stories and anecdotes.
