The lecture ‘Getting and maintenance of plants and gardens in the spring and summer time was held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 in the hall of the fire station in Zgornja Jablanica.
The lecture was led by Mr. Anton Klinc, a gardener from Moravč pri Gabrovka.
Anton Klinc For more than two decades, the company Klinc KPE, horticulture and tourism d.o.o. has been running from Moravč pri Gabrovka. The horticulture popular among the Lithuanians on Breg has grown out of love for nature and plants, which is its most important guide in life. Today this garden is run by his daughter Klavdija Klink. He and his wife Zofija started their first gardening experiments with warm beds in which they grew ivy and chrysanthemums. Today, life is in their greenhouses all year round. But they are still the most blooming in the spring time. The LAZ association is with Mr. already participated. This year, his daughter Klavdija Klinc joined him at the lecture, who spoke about making bouquets and decorations.
More than thirty participants of the lecture listened with great interest to an experienced gardener who selflessly spreads his knowledge among lovers of well-kept gardens. A particularly big focus this time is Mr. the kid directed to Preservation of Slovenian landscape heritage -House Gardens. Our grandmothers already knew why the house garden must be right next to the house and why the soil should be at a standstill until almost May 15, because before this date there are no suitable conditions for plant growth due to the cold soil. The listeners learned this and much more at the educational lecture.
