The third meeting of the H2O project took place from 13.9. until 19/09/2017 in Bulgaria, in a reason that is only 7 km away from Ban, the famous ski center of Bulgaria. The partners presented the activities and good practices of their fire brigades and civil protection units against floods. Particularly interesting were the experiences of the partners from Rum (Serbia), who presented their system of training firefighters for the needs of rescue in floods and other emergency situations (traffic accidents, etc.).

Furthermore, we looked at the equipment of the fire department and the treatment plant for the treatment of waste and municipal water in the reason whose construction was co-financed with EU funds. They also took us along Rečica in one of the settlements of Reason, which, due to constant floods, was also limited to a concrete riverbed with EU funds and thus prevented the annual flooding of the settlement.
