The LAZ Association organized creative workshops for young people on Saturday, November 26, as part of the Goodness of the Jablaniška Valley 2016 event.
Mentors, Maja, Barbara and Patricija, had a lot of work to do, as more young people attended the workshop than expected. Children aged 4 to 10 mainly dominated. With the help of mentors, the participants of the workshop created Advent wreaths from natural materials. Spruce twigs, cones, acorns, acorns, evergreen leaves and autumn flowers were stacked and placed on spruce bark. Everything was decorated with accessories, such as tea candles and small New Year’s decorations, which served as a strawberry on top of the fruit pile.
In the second part, the clay was made into containers and štrukeljce, as their creations were intended to brighten up the exhibition of Jablanica delicacies, which the Laz association set up the next day.
The children really enjoyed creating. They were able to take their products home the next day after the end of the exhibition. We would like to thank PGD Jablanica for the free use of the hall of the fire station.
